York Maze does not hold back when it comes to the scares and frights handed out to anyone taking part, not to mention they are the winner of the best scream park in the UK, you have been warned!
Yorkshire Scaregrounds
The Yorkshire Scaregrounds which is located in Wakefield includes five scary and terrifying scare attractions. With special effects and live actors, you’ll be able to experience the whole lot. The Yorkshire Scaregrounds are designed to give you a rush of thrill, and many scares, providing you with lots of entertainment throughout the night. This is definitely one of the scariest Halloween events Yorkshire.
Farmer Copleys Pumpkin Patch
Not only is it the UK’s biggest and original pumpkin celebration, but you have the experience of picking your very own pumpkin. As well as being able to pick your own pumpkin, there are many different activities to get involved in. Farmer Copleys pumpkin patch provides over 30 types of pumpkins, ranging from small to big. This is a fun-filled pumpkin patch, with the opportunity to get some Instagramable photos.
Halloween at Yorkshire Wildlife Park
The UK’s no.1 walkthrough Wildlife park is holding a spooktacular event, where you’ll have the chance to meet some mystical beasts and creatures. This is the perfect day out for any families looking for something spooky to enjoy together, with live shows, face painting and not to mention the amazing animals themselves. There’s the chance to get involved in the Halloween costume dress-up competition, this is up there as the number one family-friendly Halloween events Yorkshire.
Pumpkin Trail at Bolton Abbey
Navigate your way through the woods using your very own pumpkin trial map and giant pumpkins at Bolton Abbey. The trail begins at the Cavendish Shop, which leads you right up to the Strid. Remember to keep your eyes peeled as there will be clues and mystery boxes along the way, this is the perfect Halloween day out for the family.
Bloody Tour of York (Halloween Special)
You can join Mad Alice for a special Halloween tour of York on the 28th of October. This is an adults-only tour, as this one is different from the rest of the ghost tours in York. This York tour gives you an insight into the infamous York ghost stories, not to mention there is also alcohol involved. This is for three nights only and the tickets are limited, so make sure you get booked in, don’t be the one to miss out!
